Today I just want to give a big shout out to Kay Westrap. Last year I had a nervous breakdown and people were astounded as to how quickly I recovered from it. This year I had to deal with another trauma and I have fully recovered from that. The reason for my quick recoveries was all down to the amazing Kay and the therapy that she provides.
